Facilitating

We will have afew backlogs for you to facilitate and practice. There will be a sprint planning and retrospective with the term. We will be doing alot of clean learning by engaging the clients during our sprint. There are 5 sessions. Each session are for 2 hours. We will be using mural, miro and jamboard as our tech-tools.

Coaching

The coaching stance will be keeping clients interactive during each sessions. There are 5 sessions. Each session are for 2 hours. We will be using mural and miro as our tech-tools. There will be group activities and discussion.

Mentoring

After coaching there will break into different team. Each team will have 2 member. Using coaching backlogs which was created and going into deep dive mentoring practice. There are 5 sessions. Each session are for 2 hours. We will be using mural, miro and jamboard as our tech-tools.
